The GPEC Group commenced the construction of a cogeneration unit in Tczew. Its start-up is planned for the first half of 2021. The unit has a capacity of 2x2,5 MW. This is a step towards reducing the share of coal in the production of heat in the district of Tczew - the unit will reduce CO² emissions by 38.4 thousand tons per year.

New sections were built among others in the districts of Śródmieście, Wrzeszcz, Oliwa and Przymorze. Apart from construction of the new network, we modernized another 5 km of district heating pipes.

Over the last five years, the GPEC Group has allocated almost PLN 500 million to network development and modernization projects. External funds, such as EU funds from the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Program, are also used to implement strategic investment projects.

We create a warm network for cities and citizens. Increasingly larger, more modern, more comfortable. We have developed the district heating infrastructure in Gdańsk, Sopot, Tczew, Pruszcz Gdańsk, Starogard Gdański, Pelplin and Czernin.
Thanks to the development of the networks, the district heating is already reaching >400 thousand of Pomerania citizens.

2019 saw the debut of the GPEC Group on the property developer market. Nova Fundamentova, for that is the name of the project we are building, consists of 3 aesthetically designed single-family houses available at stage I of the project, which will ultimately include 10 segments. Each building houses 2 three- or five-room flats with independent entrances and two parking spaces. 530.56 m2 in total. Within 6 weeks the houses and flats available in the 1st stage were booked out by their future residents.

An in-house substation factory and a team that can handle the task with its own resources. In 2020, the substation factory produced 80 substations with a total capacity of 21,382 kW.

In 2020, we completed two major modernization projects in Grudziądz and Gorzów. Such challenges are the specialty of GPEC SERWIS.
GRUDZIĄDZ
Replacement of the network with a new, pre-insulated one. A total of 14.63 km to be modernized. The consortium led by GPEC SERWIS replaced 25 group substations with 51 individual ones and modernized another 60. The value of the investment is over PLN 36 million.
GORZÓW
Modernization of the network, and partial construction - 1.5 km. This includes the disassembly of the flyover and running the network under the road, as well as modernization of heating chambers with valves. The value of the investment exceeded PLN 7 million.
