Construction of the BMS system, thermal efficiency improvement, power engineering optimisation in one of the largest hospitals in Poland.
The GPEC Group implemented the BMS system in 5 buildings of the University Clinical Centre. The system monitors the operating parameters of the buildings throughout the year to optimise media consumption and costs. Power engineering optimisation means not only savings, but also environmental impact. 113 tonnes of CO² less a year in this case.

GPEC Serwis specialists use their expertise on a daily basis. They advise companies and cooperatives how to properly implement heating projects, from A to Z. Credibility, good understanding of needs and knowledge are appreciated by GPEC SERWIS’ Partners. Thanks to this, in 2020 the company completed six major projects in Grudziądz, Gorzów, Gdynia and Gdańsk. The value of each is over PLN 1,000,000.

Our efforts have been appreciated, we are proud! In 2020 we became the best heating company in Poland according to Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, GPEC Tczew was awarded the prestigious title of Laurel of the Heating Industry, and among others our volunteers were recognized with the Well-Perceived Company award from the BCC.
